Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or refunds based on individual scent preferences. Fragrance perception is subjective, and a dislike of a scent after purchase does not qualify for a return or refund.
Refunds or replacements are only available in the following cases:

The product was damaged during transit.

The wrong product was delivered.

The product arrived spoiled, defective, or unusable.
To be eligible for a claim, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the condition of the product upon arrival. Claims submitted without video proof may not be eligible for review.
All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at hello@lanueeparfum.in
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with:

Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Defective or Spoiled Products
If you believe your product has arrived defective, spoiled, or otherwise unusable, please contact us at hello@lanueeparfum.in with your order details and a complete unboxing video.
In such cases, we may request that the product be returned for inspection. Once the returned item has been received and evaluated, we will determine whether the claim is valid. If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
Please note that a refund is not guaranteed until the inspection process has been completed.
Refund Process
If your claim is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
